We were travelling on the Caribbean Princess as a family with my husband and 2 children ages 10 & 14.
What we enjoyed,
We had anytime dining and really did enjoy our dinners. We were seated very quickly and the maxium wait time was 20 minutes. Some of the waiters were really good with our kids.

The pizza onboard was good and often we would just have that for lunch.

Sterlings, we paid the extra for this optional restaurant. I would say that the money was worth it for the one night. The food was exceptional.

Some of the entertainment onboard was quite good.

There was a lecturer onboard and we found that he was quite knowledgeable and we enjoyed listening to him.

What we didn't enjoy

First of all the kids program wasn't the best. We found that our daughter was put with much younger children. The activities just weren't appealing to her as she was much older.

The number of ports was cut down and though they say in the contract that they are allowed to do this I find it poor customer service. The reason we were given was due to engine problems.

The bed in our room was lumpy and not comfortable at all. There was dirt in the bathroom and even some mold.

We found the found wasn't that great for the breakfast buffet and we found a lot of cost cutting in regards to food onboard.

All in all our cruise was okay but we wouldn't do it again.
