We have cruised a number of times now and this by far is the most expensive we have ever done .The ship itself is superb and very clean, the itinery and excursions were great although expensive and not enough time to see everythig we wished .However NCL just love to charge you for everything,drinks are the most expensive I have encountered on a cruise and then they add the tax and 15% tip.This grated as often the bar staff by the pool were a bit rude and served other people at the same time as doing your drinks ,so to be charged an extra 15% for someone to hand a drink over the bar takes the biscuit .The behind the scenes tour was $55 we gave that a miss ..we paid £7 on the Ocean Village !! Finally the service charge at $12 a head per person what a rip off,with 2 kids also being charged our bill was $330 which I had deducted from my bill .Beware they dont tell you that this is possible unless you ask.
