We have sailed with many cruise lines but we were not pleased with our Baltic cruise on the Constellation with Celebrity. We were expecting a top rated cruise ship and this is not what we received.

First of all the embarkation when very smoothly and we were given champagne when we got onboard. Our concierge cabin had fresh fruit, bathrobes, daily canapes and flowers. All of these we really enjoyed.
The air conditioning on the ship was not very good and we found we had to open our balcony door to get any cool air. I don't know how people without a balcony handled this.
We didn't like the dining room as we found the food we were given was not what we ordered. Our waiter just brought us deserts on a tray instead of just choosing from a menu. The shops onboard the ship were overpriced.
Our tour in St Petersburg didn't have any air conditioning on the bus. That made this tour very hot and uncomfortable. Overall we were not happy with our cruise overall and didn't think of Celebrity as a luxury experience.
