Talk about how the ship was shabby didn't sit well with us. When we got onboard our fears were put to rest. The cabin is what you would expect from a cruise ship and had a lot of room to store everything. The room was spotless and no problems with anything. Entertainment was very good which I hear is common with Princess. The food in the dining room was good each and every night and the waiter was very helpful. What I didn't like is the limited number of sun loungers and how hard it was to find one. People would leave their towels on them all day and only come for a few minutes. The food onboard was excellent and what you would find in a high scale restaurant. We had a balcony cabin which served its purpose though we found we weren't in our room often so I don't think it was worth the extra cost. The rooms were clean and well organized. The ship itself is modern with all the conveniences and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like about this cruise was the entertainment. Some of the entertainers were just horrible and you couldn't pay me to watch them. In conclusion we loved the ship, food, ports, cabin and staff of the Sea Princess.
